How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Applyemotions Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Applyemotions Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, start by taking it up with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Applyemotions Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@applyemotions.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
What Happens Next
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.
